CultureQuest Consulting has helped individual and organizational clients using a combination of coaching and consulting. Individual and team coaching

Coaching is a powerful, collaborative relationship designed to spark an individual or team to achieve highly sustainable results that are aligned with their goals, passions, and values. Using tools such as the Individual Values Assessment, the Enneagram, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the coach and the individual (or team) work together to develop a keen sense of self-awareness and mastery of interpersonal competency. This systematic approach to discovery, goal setting, and strategic action maximizes human potential and benefits both the individual and the organization.

Leadership and team development

At CultureQuest, we believe that developing the leadership team is an essential step in the process of creating long-lasting, viable organizations. We are committed to first establishing a cohesive understanding among the executive team by working with their individual values and leadership styles. Studies show that people who are allowed to bring their full selves to work are more creative, productive, and committed to the well being of the overall organization.

In working with the leadership team our intentions are: self-awareness, team cohesion, understanding of direction, and implementation. We facilitate this process using either the Leadership or Team Values Assessment. We then begin to carefully interweave experiential learning, emotional intelligence, appreciative inquiry, and conflict resolution to create an environment for discovery, experience, learning, aha!’s, and action that applies in the work place.

Mission/Vision strategic planning

Mission, vision, and strategic planning are about understanding how to build a values-driven culture by exploring the relationships between values, corporate culture, and financial performance. Once core values are defined, CultureQuest can assist in the creation of an organizational vision through a process that supports the leadership team in accurately describing the deepest level of their organization’s purpose, and how it will find its fulfillment.

CultureQuest also helps clients define a mission statement that helps to hold the organization on course and stay focused on its vision and true purpose. Finally, we’ll work with you to develop a strategic plan that is directly tied to your mission and vision and supported by your values. This road map keeps everyone going in the same direction and working toward the same goals.

Cultural transformation

CultureQuest works with our client companies to help develop and manage their organization’s corporate culture, and implement and monitor Cultural Transformation. We use a range of assessment tools to establish benchmarks and evaluate your organization’s progress over time.
